This position requires setting up, troubleshooting, and operating press brakes for medium volume production. With 5+ years of CNC experience, you will work with high-tech products, verify first run parts, and ensure adherence to engineered drawings. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will drive success as you inspect, calibrate, and record actions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up tooling according to offline programs
• Form first off parts per specifications
• Inspect lengths and angles for precision
• Adjust parameters using Amada Bend-CAM software
• Calibrate equipment with precision tools
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years CNC press brake experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently
