Responsible for providing support in the technical aspects of commercial activity, including: warranty claims administration, service centers certification/re-certification, direct communication with customers and channel partners on technical issues, support on spare parts selection and quotation, structuring, design, definition, revision and finalization of procedure manuals, support in the field for certified service centers and technicians in application of products and troubleshooting, specification of equipment and replacement parts, support to special applications and their specification to the Sales group.
