After-sales Training Instructor

Responsibilities

1. Develop technical and service training materials based on the characteristics of the local market.
2. Deliver training to key positions in after-sales service stores, including technicians and service advisors.
3. Regularly organize and analyze training data and provide feedback to the Chinese team.

Qualifications

1. Over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in after-sales training.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Marketing, Business is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Self-directed, requiring limited supervision.
5. Completion of a certified technician program is an advantage.
6. Excellent overall understanding of automotive technology and repair.
