Technical Manager Job Description
Responsible for aftersales technical and operational performance of the Spanish dealer network. The role ensures strong customer support, regulatory compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement across technical support, warranty, training, recalls, and dealer quality. The role includes leadership of local Aftersales resources within technical support, warranty, and training ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and effective dealer support.
Lead dealer technical support activities (hotline, case management), manage Technical Service Bulletins, and escalate complex technical issues to HQ.
Serve as the primary technical contact for the dealer network.
Warranty Management
~ Implement and control warranty policies, analyse warranty trends, and support dealers in correct warranty processes and compliance.
