- Handle customer reception and open Repair Orders.
- Schedule customer appointments in close cooperation with the Assistant for Telephone Reception and Appointment Management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- File customer post-sale records.
- Update appointment statuses in the appointment management tool when the customer has been received.
