Job Description
Lead a team of aerospace technicians at Applied Aerospace. This role focuses on maximizing efficiency, quality maintenance, and production schedules for top clients like NASA and SpaceX.
As an Aerospace Supervisor, you will oversee technicians to ensure effective labor use and uphold product quality. Engage with Project Managers and Manufacturing Engineers to maintain schedules and quality standards. Your responsibilities will also include training, assigning tasks, and ensuring all resources are available for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily technician assignments and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Collaborate with PMs and MEs for production schedules
• Train and coach technicians on procedures and tasks
• Identify required resources for timely project completion
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness
