AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you are an expert at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store guest experience, and supporting Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and KPI results.
• You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, act as a role‑model leader, and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent to keep the store staffed for business needs and train associates to deliver outstanding service and embody a Guest First culture.
