Overview

We’re seeking an Hub Account Manager to join our dynamic Last Mile network. In this role you will manage acquisition quality performance KPIs and lead a team of associates in building the future of customer service as we work towards becoming Earth’s most customer‑centric company.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead a team of approximately 8‑30 associates and manage a large network of stores, including acquisition and performance.
• Drive training, integration, and motivation of the team while ensuring progress toward KPI targets.
• Safeguard team safety and promote Amazon Health & Safety standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality across the network.
