The Role: Advisor, Shared Services FA

Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assigning Capital and Expense Project number, creating Fixed Asset number, performing fixed asset disposal, transferring transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report.

In this role you will:

• Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain well fixed asset management, prepare subreport for month end closing, monitor open projects that overdue.
• Research items and make adjusting journal entries as necessary; download SAP report to complete audit workpapers.
• Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.
• Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user.
