Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues, challenges, and needs to determine target outcomes
• Develop and help implement objectives, solutions, and action plans
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations, and write reports
• Carry out projects and initiatives related to the line of work
• Advise and assist practitioners and the organization's units regarding the line of work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience (other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered)
• Knowledge of French is required
• Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or the work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English‑speaking partners, members, and/or clients
