Advisor Construction & Project Management (Thunder Bay)

This role ensures capital projects—such as replacement, reinforcement, relocation, and growth initiatives—are developed, planned, coordinated, forecasted, and built on time and efficiently. You will provide detailed planning, construction expertise, and leadership throughout all project phases, aligning with department goals and project objectives. You will apply the highest level of construction management expertise while developing and communicating methods for managing pipeline industry risks associated with construction activities.
