Advancement Operations Officer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, Development and Alumni Relations, the incumbent supports the department in achieving fundraising and alumni engagement goals for the College, with a strong focus on excellent customer service and teamwork. The incumbent provides data coordination and administrative support for the office including charitable gift processing and stewardship, database maintenance and querying, prospect research and prospect pipeline data coordination, donor-funded student awards support, alumni and donor communications, and frontline customer service.
