Job Description
- Act independently as SME in data center and networking operations - Participate actively in team discussions and provide technical solutions - Identify, analyze, and resolve software and infrastructure-related issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system troubleshooting - Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes - Participate in on-call support rotation for critical issue resolution - Ensure timely resolution of operational incidents - Support requirement gathering and operational analysis
