Responsibilities Control engineering releases and changes, process designs, and efficiency improvements. Optimize processes in final assembly, selective soldering, conformal coating, functional testing, and mechanical assembly. Validate wave and selective soldering/coating processes, paste soldering process, stencil design, and create/validate profiles for reflow ovens. Implement improvements to manufacturing processes and product testing. Conduct cost analysis review, cycle‑time estimation, and process‑flow evaluation. Collaborate with the cost team to estimate manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization. Work closely with customers and internal teams to align backend processes with OEM and Tier 1 supplier requirements.
