Position Overview

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient‑centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province‑wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Provides current and competent clinical care while treating patients in multiple venues; including but not limited to: medical facilities in Manitoba, ground ambulance, ground patient support vehicle, air ambulance.

Functions in harsh and unusual environmental conditions, including extreme weather and unconventional modes of transportation to ensure personal and patient safety at all times.

Responsible for the provision of basic and advanced level patient care to adult, pediatric and neonatal/obstetric patients during interfacility transport, including provincial, regional and multi‑sites.
