Job Description
**APRN / PA Nephrology I, Weston**
+ This is an inpatient role
+ Assess, evaluate, treat, and manage pre and post kidney transplant patients.
+ Act as a liaison between inpatient and outpatient providers within CCF and other facilities (e.g., rehabilitation facilities, access centers) and hemodialysis center staff.
+ Facilitate communication between patients, family members/caregivers, hemodialysis facilities, Cleveland Clinic Florida (CCF) nephrologists, and other CCF departments.
+ Participate in research studies.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Advanced Practice Provider - Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician's Assistant.
+ Must be able to function independently to the full scope of licensure.
+ Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
+ Must be flexible with schedule.
