Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design plans and drawings of production processes to maximize efficiency through analysis of equipment layout.
• Define process flows, work methods and activities of operational staff.
• Determine components and tools necessary to achieve production goals according to product specifications.
• Request, validate, and debug new equipment or develop new technologies or suppliers.
• Perform machinery validation through statistical and capacity analysis.
• Achieve equipment release with the EHS department and ensure safe operation of new machinery and tooling.
• Determine tools to improve PPAP phases while considering BW goals and expectations.
• Responsible for core tools (PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram, Process Documents) prior to and PPAP phases.
• Participate in the development of timing plans to achieve manufacturing goals and project responsibilities.
