The position is based out of the Peace River Hub and supports service delivery across Peace River, Fairview, Manning, McLennan, Red Earth Creek, and Worsley. Staff may choose shifts at any of these sites based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions.
• Transport ill or injured patients from emergency scenes and between facilities using ambulances or other modes of transportation.
• Administer medications, advanced life support (ALS) airway adjuncts, and electrical therapy.
• Lead the ALS crew in delivering clinical care during patient transport or at emergency scenes.
• Ensure ambulances and other Emergency Medical Services (EMS) vehicles, such as non-emergent transport (NET), are properly stocked ...
