Your role is to help our adult clients translate clinical “aha” moments into actual, manageable daily victories. You are the bridge between a client knowing how their brain works and actually figuring out how to live with it. We are looking for an OT who thrives in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed setting and gets excited about helping adults navigate executive dysfunction, sensory overload, and the very real weight of autistic/ADHD burnout. We don't do one size fits all here; we build practical, individualized toolkits for real life.
The Space & Team:
