  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the professional services team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and maintain client records.
  • Assist with project administration, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and other business documentation as required.
  • Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
