We're Hiring: Administrator – Q-File | Pune | Automotive Industry
Location: Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Maintain supplier Q-Files and quality documentation.
Support sourcing and supplier nomination activities.
Manage ASES and SHC audit records.
Prepare quality panel summaries and reports.
Ensure documentation accuracy and follow up with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Documentation Control, or Quality Systems.
Exposure to the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
