Administrator /Patient Development Team

They are looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our Patient Development Team with:

• Confidence learning new systems quickly (experience with SystmOne is a big plus)
• Great customer service and communication skills, both spoken and written
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility and openness to change in a busy GP environment
• Ability to travel between Rothwell and Desborough sites

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in General Practice.

You will learn how a modern GP surgery runs, from front desk support to essential admin work behind the scenes. It’s a hands‑on role with full training, and it’s ideal if you want to grow your skills, build confidence, and work in healthcare.

You will be based across both our Rothwell and Desborough sites, so you will need to be comfortable working at each location.
