Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Nelspruit team,
Manage and maintain the switchboard
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ordering of parts, Planning of services and Technicians
Planning Jobs and Technicians for the day,
Filling of timesheets
Keep Service Schedule up to date, Load Test Schedule, Van inspection, tool list and Van Stock
Interact with clients respectfully, sending quotes and receiving orders.
Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 2 – 3 years experience
Experience in front desk and reception management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have reliable own transport.
Willingness to be on standby when required.
