Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Nelspruit team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the switchboard
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ordering of parts, planning of services and technicians
- Planning jobs and technicians for the day
- Filling of timesheets
- Keep service schedule up to date, load test schedule, van inspection, tool list and van stock
- Interact with clients respectfully, sending quotes and receiving orders
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience
- Experience in front desk and reception management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have reliable own transport
- Willingness to be on standby when required
- Residence in or near Nelspruit will be considered an advantage
