Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Nelspruit team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the switchboard
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ordering of parts, planning of services and technicians
  • Planning jobs and technicians for the day
  • Filling of timesheets
  • Keep service schedule up to date, load test schedule, van inspection, tool list and van stock
  • Interact with clients respectfully, sending quotes and receiving orders

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience
  • Experience in front desk and reception management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have reliable own transport
  • Willingness to be on standby when required
  • Residence in or near Nelspruit will be considered an advantage
