Administrator - Laboratory

Duties: Ensure compliance with product and service quality standards, food safety and standard operating procedures. Oversee and perform tests of animal feed samples for nutritional content, contaminants, and conformance. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in line with standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of all tests and results. Perform internal audits and facilitate external inspections for lab accreditation. Train and supervise laboratory technicians. Investigate non-conformances and determine corrective and preventative actions. Monitor and investigate critical control points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (ORPs) to ensure compliance with company standards.
