What a typical day looks like:
Serves as an internal consultant to hiring managers, advising them on compensation and benefit options, legislative changes, current trends in human resources management, etc. Advises site management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions. Establishes or recommends changes to policies which affect operations. Participates as an active member on site and corporate projects, teams and process improvement. Keeps up-to-date on current human resource and labor market trends, new technology programs and applications.
