Administration & Procurement Executive
Location: Lahore
Job Purpose
The Administration & Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, inventory control, facilities management, and administrative operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day administration, effective resource management, compliance with procurement policies, and efficient coordination of support services including facilities, vehicles, food services, and outdoor staff management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, procurement, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement processes, and inventory management will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
