Job Title: Finance Administrator - Administrativo Contable
Location: Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal
Hours: 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (Málaga time)
Employment Type: Full-time | 39 hrs/week
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Finance Administrator - Administrativo Contable to lead our day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions. In this role, you won’t just be processing paperwork—you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), manage payroll administration, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
As a senior member of the administrative team, you will act as a key bridge between operations and executive leadership, turning financial data into actionable insights that support our growth. Ideal candidates should have experience with the USA market or Spanish market.
