Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Supervisor of Health Information Records Management (HIRM), Registration, Switchboard and Patient Information (RSPI) at the Claresholm General Hospital and Willowcreek Continuing Care Centre, this Administrative Support III position is responsible for ensuring immediate access to patient information in order to facilitate healthcare treatment decisions. This position is responsible for interviewing patients and/or their family members in person or by telephone to positively identify patients and obtain their demographic and financial information. This position supports Health Information Records Management and Registration. Following the Provincial Registration Standards and Practices (PRSP), this front-facing position is instrumental in verifying, validating, and accurately entering patient information into Connect Care.
