Summary About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant position with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, Operations Division. This position is located in Mountain Home, AR. This is a developmental position which can be filled at the GS-05 level with promotion potential to the GS-06 level. Promotion is at management's discretion. Responsibilities Maintain property book records. Receive visitors to include answering phone calls. Perform a wide variety of duties to support the administrative functions of the office. Utilize automated equipment to include a variety of software programs. Prepare estimates to be used in projected operating budget for supplies, equipment, etc. Prepare travel orders and travel vouchers for supported employees.
