  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the business.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally,
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments. and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized records of business transactions. invoices, and client details.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Monitor Office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to support ongoing projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
