Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing load plan for daily operations.
- Update load plan and confirm container with export consolidation.
- Troubleshooting cargo disputes and planning of Export Consol.
- Work with warehouse to coordinate shipments and provide updates to customers.
- Work with customers on fulfilling requirements and problem resolution.
- Creating and sending invoices to customers.
- Coordinating with various functions as required.
- Answering phone calls.
- Admin and clerical works.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
- Possess O level, A Level, ITE, Diploma in the relevant discipline (Logistics/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration Management, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or equivalent) are welcome to apply.
