Community Assets is a portfolio of the National Council for Canada that is responsible for optimal programming at all Imamat Assets across Canada.

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide unsurpassed administrative support to the National leadership by:

Attending all meeting and Full Session Weekend Meetings in person to help coordinate and manage any actions, tasks and get engaged in follow-ups to ensure that items are responded to in a timely manner. 

Producing concise meeting minutes, following up with the team on action items, diary entries.

Ensuring the team is up to date in using MS Teams

Maintaining and cleaning up any data files on the preferred platform.

Providing basic technical support to the team.
