- 1. Qualifications
· Associate degreed required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Prior administrative assistant experience
· Experience in Higher education, experience with Concur and SharePoint administration strongly preferred
· Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Proficiency with computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
· Ability to relate well with all levels of the community and people of diverse backgrounds
