Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a temporary Clerical person to sit in our Truro Head office. This client‑facing role involves answering phones, speaking with clients and contractors both on the phone and in person, supporting the application process, producing tenant‑related letters, creating and processing work orders, office filing, and general office support.

Minimum Experience and Education

• Completed an office administration program and 3 years of related experience.
• Client service orientation and strong communication skills.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 (on‑site)
Start Date: 2026‑05‑19
End Date: 2026‑07‑24
