Job Description

Kirk Market is now recruiting for an Administrative Clerk to join our Costing & Logistics Team.

Job Duties

  • Request or compile necessary import documentation from suppliers, freight forwarder, shipping companies, etc.
  • Use Customs Online System (COLS) to preclear & submit final declaration for shipments imported.
  • Maintain and update internal Logistic electronic files.
  • Reconcile and arrange for payment of related invoices.
  • Coordinate and provide loading instructions to consolidators/suppliers for air and sea shipments.
  • Communicate with different departments for any potential damage or delay in shipments.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • High school degree or above.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but must have previous administrative experience of at least 1-2 years.
