Job Description

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support human resources operations in Windermere, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, managing training communications, and providing timely support to employees and HR leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling documentation, internal correspondence, and follow-up tasks across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding support by preparing and distributing required materials to new hires and helping ensure all pre-employment and orientation steps are completed on time.
• Manage training administration by sending learning assignments, assessments, and related resources to employees across various locations.
