Specialist
- Lead the set-up of new legal matters, including client onboarding, conflict checks, and database entry.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Provide advanced legal support, including preparing and reviewing complex legal documents.
- Train and mentor junior staff in matter set-up and administrative procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Billing; key client reporting, updating time allocation, cheque requests, bank transfers, supporting with WIP queries, expenses
