About the Role

BCI seeks an Administrative Assistant to join our Private Equity team for a 12‑month fixed term in our Victoria office. The role reports to the Senior Managing Director, Finance & Operations and provides administrative support with a primary focus on travel coordination and expense processing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate booking of flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and facilitate changes to itineraries.
  • Process travel and general expenses for team members and reconcile travel‑related costs.
  • Stay current on travel risks, restrictions, and special requirements, including visa applications and travel documentation; provide updates to the team as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings and conference calls; assist with agenda preparation, registering and greeting guests, facility set‑up, catering services, and technology requirements.
