About The Role
As a CBRE Administrative Assistant, you will supervise the team responsible for providing business operations administrative support. This job is part of the Office Operations function and is responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in routine office admin work which includes documentation, filing, correspondences and coordination and follow up on administrative tasks
- Handle all related front‑end office duties such as courier, mails, distributions, bills payment, etc.
- Organise and support site SRC / HR for team‑building and engagement events
- Support production administrative duties
- Coordinate the service and maintenance of all office equipment and stationery
- Oversee the request for pantry stock
- Plan, update & maintain OJT process & matrix
