Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant – Payroll & Attendance provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in maintaining staff attendance records and assisting with payroll preparation. This role focuses on data entry, record maintenance, and basic coordination to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Support (Clerical & Administrative)

  • Assist in collecting and compiling payroll-related information such as attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Perform data entry for payroll and attendance information as instructed by HR Executive/Payroll Officer.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll documents and schedules.
  • File and maintain payroll records and supporting documents properly.
  • Assist in responding to basic payroll-related enquiries and escalate complex matters to HR Executive.
