We are hiring two Administrative Assistants to support different teams within a professional office environment—one role aligned with IT and the other supporting Accounting & Finance. These positions play a key role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence including reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents

+ Maintain organized filing systems and records retention processes

+ Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and arrange conference calls and materials

+ Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain professional communication standards

+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and departmental correspondence
