Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Administrative Services, you will provide a full range of administrative support services for the Business Office. You will provide superior customer service to all clients.

Duties will include but are not limited to cashiering, accounts receivable (A/R) for student receivables, answering incoming calls, providing support to students and assisting with their inquiries, and general office support to campus administration. You may also provide support to ancillary business and/or campus operations when required (including but not limited to bookstore, campus/college events, space rentals/bookings, accounts payable functions, facility operations, etc.).
