Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support managers and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, and handling office administration tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and OneDrive is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and team events.
Prepare and proofread emails, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
