As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide departmental administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will be the primary point of contact for directing inquiries and providing ad hoc support, while also assisting with onboarding processes, managing office supplies, and coordinating internal and external communications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental employees, directing inquiries and providing ad hoc support.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including accurate input of Personnel Movement Requisitions (PMRs) for personnel moves and team changes.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the department is well-stocked.
