Calling out all Indonesian Administrative Assistance!
Working Location: remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extract data from customer documentation and key in accurate data into the system for job creation
- Requesting information from customers and update job instructions into the system.
- Simple email replies to customers/ carriers
- Ad-hoc duties from supervisor
- Finance administration
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic handling email Outlook/ IT skills
- Working proficiency in English
- Meticulous, strong data-entry and attention to detail
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills.
