We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced professional office environment in downtown Toronto.
Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Duration: 3 months with robust potential for extension or permanent employment
Key Qualifications
- Senior-level administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Experience supporting multiple managers simultaneously
- Strong event coordination and scheduling skills
- Experience managing high-volume administrative processes and workflow tracking
- Experience preparing and processing correspondence, notices, reports, and supporting documentation
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SaaS-based expense management tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
