Job Description
Responsibilities
- Upload documents into member files
- Enter data into member records
- Generate barcodes for document cataloging
- Sort relevant information for members
- Critically evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
- Meet productivity standards based on learning curve
- Use various tools to validate transaction feasibility
- Assist with special projects as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative experience (asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Tech‑savvy with good digital literacy
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
