About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance and Branch Operations teams. This role focuses on document tracking, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Track and manage compliance documentation (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.) Monitor internal ticketing system and respond to requests Follow up with employees regarding missing or expired documents Maintain accurate and organized personnel records Support compliance-related administrative projects Generate basic reports and update tracking systems Requirements 1+ year of experience in administrative, back office, or customer service roles Strong attention to detail and organization Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, data tracking) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic experience with CRM or similar systems is a plus Strong written communication skills
