Job Description
The Administrative Assistant assists all the departments, providing technical and logistical support in administrative matters relating to the company according to the procedures and policies established by the Corporation. Mainly support the Country Manager, helping in the arrangements and negotiation of offices, furniture, maintenance coordination, services, suppliers and others. It also provides assistance in the coordination of business meetings with ATC key customers as requested on‑demand from the Country Manager. Support HR department throughout the management of insurance for employees, support HSE, wellness activities and People Experience initiatives, with regard to daily needs, such as booking of meeting rooms, sending/receipt of mailing, scheduling of taxis, and buy and supply of office materials.
The role has a 100% in‑person work schedule.
